Tender description

This contract is to appoint a provider to administer, develop and maintain a web-tool to measure NHS acute provider trusts on their achievement of 7 day services for patients admitted as an emergency. The provider will be required to carry out surveys as determined by NHS England. The provider will need to provide a platform in the form of an online survey tool for measurement of 7 day services progress, to operate a helpline, carry out the data extraction for analysis by NHS England analysts and provide accessible online trust level data reports for every participating acute trust, a total of 151 organisations (all acute trusts which take emergency admissions in England).
