Tender description

The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor, or contractors, to provide planned and reactive building maintenance services to a number of properties within its portfolio. The contract will initially provide services to 3 'Extra Care' residential villages and 6 sheltered housing properties. The sheltered housing properties are a mixture of apartment buildings with communal access and direct access apartments. The contract is divided into Lots for Mechanical and Electrical Services and Fire and Security Services. The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide planned and reactive mechanical and electrical services to a number of properties within its portfolio. The contract will initially provide services to 3 'Extra Care' residential villages and 6 sheltered housing properties.
