Tender description

North Star Housing Group Limited for itself and on behalf of Castles & Coasts Housing Association Limited and and any current or future group companies, are looking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of responsive repairs, void repairs and associated works to housing stock. It is anticipated that the requirements will fluctuate in accordance with the demands of the contracting authorities from time to time. The scope of the works will be to undertake internal and external responsive repairs, void repairs and associated works. The intention is to procure and appoint a single contractor that is experienced in undertaking responsive repairs and associated works. The successful contractor will then be subject to call off of an underlying term contract. Successful appointment to the framework agreement is not a guarantee of any work being placed or ordered. The intention is to procure and appoint a single contractor that is experienced in undertaking voids repairs and associated works to housing stock. The successful contractor will need to demonstrate their expertise in turning around voids repairs and associated works. The successful contractor will then be subject to call off of an underlying term contract. Successful appointment to the framework agreement is not a guarantee of any work being placed or ordered.
