Tender description

Torus are seeking to appoint, on a multiple supply basis, qualified contractors who can deliver a series of works and as such, wish to form a Minor Works Framework Agreement to operate across the North West of England. The Framework will be split into 3 lots, maximising the aggregated value of works available to the contractors in each lot while also enabling more specialised trades such as FRA remedial and Damp proofing specialists to be selected and instructed to best meet the needs of the operational requirement. Reactive and planned works covering a varying range of varying single workstreams requirements in domestic properties of varying ages including new build defect works. Covering the following professions — Joinery, Electrical works, General labourer, Plumbing works, Heating works, Flooring, Bathroom installation, Kitchen installation, Decorating, Plastering, General building, Demolitions, Cavity wall, Masonry, External works, Groundworks, Gardening and Landscaping, Boiler works. Reactive and planned works covering a varying range of multi workstream requirements such as disrepair, fire damage and full void repairs in domestic properties of varying ages including new build defect works. Covering the following professions: Joinery, Electrical works, General labourer, Plumbing works, Heating works, Flooring, Bathroom installation, Kitchen installation, Decorating, Plastering, General building, Demolitions, Cavity wall, Masonry, External works, Groundworks, Gardening and Landscaping, Boiler works. Provision of remedial works identified through fire risk assessments including: — non-specialized remedials, — installation of fire doors, — signage installation and maintenance, — lighting installation and maintenance in offices and communal areas. Provision of damp proofing, tanking and associated works in domestic properties.
