Tender description

Sport England is seeking to appoint one supplier to undertake the delivery of service for the evaluation of all existing Core Market investments and the potential investments of; ‘Solicited investments’ ‘Efficiency Awards’ and ‘Talent Inclusion Awards’. The 5 overall evaluation objectives are to: 1. determine the success of the Core Market investment in sustaining and growing physical activity levels within the core market, including within specific target audiences; 2. determine the impact of the Core Market investment on DCMS and Sport England’s five strategic outcomes for sport; 3. identify what works (and what doesn’t), how, in what context and for whom; 4. model the return on investment of each fund, and the individual projects within them; 5. contribute to a lasting improvement in the monitoring and evaluation approaches of our core market partners. Sport England as the contracting authority is inviting tenders for service providers to sit on a framework contract to support its work on the provision of Sport England Technical Assurance Services (the Service). Sport England is seeking through this restricted procedure procurement process to set up a supply framework with suitably capable Contractors to provide the Services for a term of 48 months. The first stage of the Restricted procedure will require the completion of a Standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ). Tenderers can access the SSQ procurement documentation via the Sport England e-tendering portal: https://sportengland.bravosolution.co.uk. Tenderers are requested to register for an account should they not currently hold one and search for reference PQQ_52. Tenderers are requested to download the information and upload a completed SSQ should they wish to participate via the e-sourcing portal. Following completion of the SSQ stage the Authority will invite the top-six scoring tenderers to the Invitation-to-Tender stage. Following evaluation of the Invitation-to-Tender stage, the top four-scoring suppliers will be invited onto the framework.
