Tender description
Birmingham City Council are inviting tenders for the framework agreement to enable Birmingham Adult Education Service (BAES) to deliver the required learning and development programmes related to the lots detailed overleaf in line with grants and funding received by the ESFA for a period of 3 years. Birmingham Adult Education Service (BAES) aims to secure study programmes for Birmingham based young people, especially young people in care or have recently left the care system including young people (16-24), with a Learning Disability Assessment (LDA).
