New build school The project includes the design and construction of a new build 2 storey, 2 stream Primary School and Nursery facility to accommodate the existing Burnbrae Primary School and St Mary’s Primary School within a single joint campus, including; — Site ground stabilization works, — Incoming utilities and/or service diversions, — Substructure, — Superstructure, — Internal finishes, — Fitments, furnishings and equipment, — All Building Services, — Associated external works, comprising car parking, hard and soft landscaping and MUGA facility, — Off site road works, — Assistance with decant from existing facilities.
