Tender description

The aim of the procurement process is to establish a cleaning services contract for Cardiff University owned and operated premises detailed in the service specification. The contract is divided into three lots: Lot 1 – Site 2 (Buildings: Tower, Law, Music, Life Sciences, Bute, Glamorgan, Redwood, Friary House, No’s 5, 7, 33, 37 Corbett Road, No’s 2, 8 and 10 North Road) Lot 2 – Site 9 (Buildings: McKenzie House, Eastgate House, No’s 52 and 53 the Parade, Life Sciences) Lot 3 – Site 14 (Buildings: Optometry, Hadyn Ellis, CUBRIC, 118 Maindy Road) The aim of the procurement process is to establish a cleaning services contract for Cardiff University owned and operated premises detailed in the service specification.
