Tender description
To supply the Asphalt and Tarmacadam for the highways resurfacing programme on an annual basis for up to the next 4 years. A framework for the supply of Asphalt and Tarmacadam in line with the resurfacing programme. The Framework will be awarded to a primary contractor and up to 2 secondary contractors for up a 4 year period — subject to extension and budget.
