Tender description

Invitation to Tender for the provision of a Trust wide planned and preventative maintenance service. You are invited to submit tenders to deliver statutory compliance, planned, and preventative maintenance services to all Academies within the Trust as set out below, to the Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust (“DNEAT”) in accordance with the invitation to tender. The provider will deliver the following services: — undertaking commissioning activities including preparation of equipment and compiling site asset schedules, — routine inspection and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and public health equipment, catering assets, engineering assets, — monitoring of water quality and legionellosis control, — first-line response to emergencies, troubleshooting and pre-agreed critical alarms, — management of statutory compliance issues including fire equipment testing/service, PAT testing, legionella protection, and the management and updating of asbestos registers.
