Tender description

DVLA requires a service that provides; Support of AWS cloud hosted services using automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible. Provision of 24/7 on call support for AWS Cloud hosted services on a 1 in 4 rota basis. Management of incidents and change via ServiceNow and JIRA. Enablement of knowledge transfer and skilling up of DVLA personnel (assessed on a fortnightly basis). Services currently supported are shown below, but over the next 12 months new services will be transitioned into Live support: • Strategic Card Payments (SCP) • Online Enforcement Payments (OEPP) • Fitness to Drive (F2D) • VED Calc • Integrated Enquiry Platform Vehicles • Integrated Enquiry Platform Drivers (7 services) • Vehicles Management and Personalised Registration (VMPR) • Cross Border Enforcement (CBE) • CIS Management / DSP Platform • Common Image Service • Office of Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV
