This contract is for the provision of a national contract for statutory inspections of mechanical and electrical installations, plant, equipment and accessories. complies with legal requirements under the Health and Safety at Work Act. In particular: LOLER 1998 (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998). PSSR 2000 (Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000). EAWR 1989 (Electricity at Work Regulations 1989). CoSHH 2002 — local exhaust ventilation systems (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health 2002). PUWER 1998 (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998).
