The Supporting people programme are seeking to commission housing related support services to meet the needs of the following groups: Generic – Preventing homelessness. Mental health. Vulnerable families. Vulnerable adults. In line with our strategy and the requirements of Supporting people programme grant funding (SPPG), which focuses on the prevention of homelessness, it would be expected that the services would adhere to the vision and values agreed through the Torfaen supporting people strategy. We are inviting interested stakeholders to attend the following workshop to assist with shaping the specification for the below client category: Client Category: Vulnerable families. Date: 4.5.2018.
