Tender description

To supply fit and repair floor coverings and maintain all types of floor finishes, to all types of Council properties in the Borough of Sandwell. The various floor finishes are covered in the pricing schedule and the work can be of either a planned or reactive nature. The tenderers’ attention is specifically drawn to the fact that a proportion of properties may be occupied throughout the period of the contract with the remaining properties being void, the tenderers are required to include any additional costs involved in their tender to allow for this. One contractor will carry out the work for both Housing and Non-Housing jobs.The Contract will start on 1.8.2018 and end on 31.7.2021.Closing date: Friday 11.5.2018 at 15:00 hrs.
