Tender description
A fire safety framework is being procured that will cover a range of works, services, and goods relating to fire safety and will be accessible by other Public Bodies. Supply, installation, removal, and repair of fire doors. Supply, installation, removal, and design of fire safety signage. Supply, installation, removal, and maintenance of fire alarm, detection and suppression systems. Supply, installation, removal, and maintenance of emergency lighting. Design, supply, installation, removal, and maintenance of sprinkler systems. Provision of fire proofing services, Provision of fire stopping works and services Provision of fire stopping works and services. Provision of cyclical and reactive electrical testing, servicing, and maintenance services. Remedial Works, upgrades, installations, and testing of electrical systems. Provision of temporary measure services, such as waking watch. Design, supply, installation, removal, and inspection of cladding. Incident Management and provision of Business Continuity Planning advisory services to mitigate and plan for potential threats. Management Contractor to manage any of Lots 1 to 12 for Clients and/or direct delivery.
