Tender description
The project is for the provision of the delivery of social housing units in Newry by means of design and build framework agreement, where the Economic Operator provides the land, designs, constructs and completes the scheme for Fold Housing Association in accordance with the DFC Housing Association Guide; Clients Requirements and Statutory Body requirements. Fold Housing Association expect to appoint a developer no later than May 2017 to deliver up to 40 housing units.
