Tender description

Supply of Back Office IT System for Care Home Provider. A Competitive Dialogue was carried out in order to ascertain best fit for a software solution for NorseCare's portfolio of Care Homes. This process involved the Standard Supplier Selection Questionnaire, followed by the issuing of an Invitation to Participate In Dialogue. Successful suppliers were then invited to take part in a workshop process (Invitation to Submit and Outline Solution) in order to demonstrate compatibility and likely configuration of a proposed back office system. The final stage was an Invitation to Submit a Final Tender. All stages were scored using pre defined and suitable evaluation criteria, with different elements weighted for scoring purposes. The successful bidder was selected based upon highest overall score.
