Tender description

The City Council are seeking to appoint a sub-contractor to deliver the works including all preliminaries, project management, programming and bathroom & kitchen installations. The In-House building contractor, Building and Commercial Enterprise (BCE) will be the main contractor. The proposed contract period is June/July 2018 to March 2019.
