Worcester City Council is inviting Quotes from Potential Suppliers for Provision of the development and delivery of an online searchable database for community assets and organisations based in or delivering services in Worcester City. To design and create a searchable web based database with a user friendly front end and a back office function which achieves the overall objectives: Allows public to find their nearest community activity or venue & search by: • Find my nearest • Venue / organisation name • Activity • Compatible with multiple devices such as: • Smart Phone • iPad / tablet • PC / laptop • Allows the public to be directed to community venues: • Map with a location point and mini box of summary info. that pops out when hover over icon to see venues nearby and click to directions And / or • Through a link to the organisation website to find out more • Replaces old style hard copy community directories which are not produced at present Keywords: Online Searchable Database
