Tender description

Housing and Care 21 currently purchase a large number of Microsoft licences for its whole IT estate. The licences are renewed annually within the parameters of a Microsoft directed, multi year agreement sourced through an appropriate distributor. The sole objective of this tender is to appoint a supplier to purchase the appropriate Microsoft Licencing model for Housing and Care 21's estate. The successful supplier should be able to support Housing and Care 21 in developing a licencing model, which supports the current estate as well as providing options for development over the term of the contract. The tender was run as an OJEU compliant Open Procedure, comprising of a qualitative and pricing element under the principles of MEAT (Most Economically Advantageous Tender).
