EAP - Market Consultation

Tender description

Portsmouth City Council's Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) contract is due to expire on 31st December 2018. Before undertaking a full tender process, the Council is conducting soft market testing on its proposed strategies for the procurement and draft specification. Interested suppliers are encouraged to review the attached documents and complete and return the questionnaire to help shape and direct the Council's approach. It is at your discretion if you wish to take part in this exercise. Participation in soft market testing will not impact your opportunity to take part in the tender but we would clearly value your input at this early stage. To enable us to take full consideration of your comments, please aim to return the feedback form by 14:00 on Friday 16th March 2018. If you are unable to meet this deadline we will still accept responses after this date, however the later the submission the less likely that we will be able to consider and implement your comments and suggestions. The Council will run the full tender later in the year via In-Tend. Thank you in advance for your participation.
