Tender description

Invest NI wishes to appoint a suitable Contractor for the supply and delivery of the full range of: (a) user experience, evaluation and analytics services; (b) user interface design services; and (c) usability and accessibility outputs, to meet Invest NI’s digital-first ambition and bring about a consistency of approach across the organisation’s digital footprint. The appointed Contractor will be expected to work with Invest NI’s Communications Group. The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for 3 further periods of 1 year each.
