Tender description

Supplementary Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPTS) for Mid, South & West Essex CCGs. There are 3 main NEPTS providers across Essex. ERS serve Mid Essex, EEAST serve West and a combinationof EEAST and Thames serve South Essex. Whilst over 90% of activity volumes are met by these providers, the CCGs are having to use a number ofadditional providers at short notice to supplement this provision. At present, this NEPTS activity is sourced from a small number of known PTS providers. The CCGs can sometimes struggle to fulfil the patient journey requirement, therefore are keen to increase thiscapacity through a Dynamic Purchasing System Framework. Lot 1 Outsourced Service Lot 2 Critical Care Transfers
