The Education Procurement Service (EPS) intends to run an Open tender competition for the supply of a Contract Management System(s) for the Education sector. The system will be required to manage and maintain all contract activity at a Contracting Authority Procurement and Contracts Office level. The competition will result in a Single party Framework Agreement for the supply of a Contract Management System for Contracting Authorities in the Education sector.
