Tender description

To develop a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Learning and Development Training to be available for all Dorset County Council Directorates including Adult and Community Services, Children's Services and Pan-Dorset Local Safeguarding Children's Board (Pan-Dorset LSCB). The Learning and Development Service contribute to a confident, competent and skilled workforce through Learning and Organisational Development activities which are cost effective, outcome driven and future focused. Providers will work closely with Dorset County Council to deliver the full range of Learning and Development services and where appropriate qualification based, nationally accredited learning programmes across all staff groups and learning abilities. We require Providers to work closely with us in designing, delivering and, on occasion, evaluating training to ensure that the training solution meets the requirement. Key areas: — developing individual’s skills and knowledge so the organisation develops, — improved organisational and individual well-being and effectiveness, — support the organisation with its ability to adapt to a changing environment. Initial Framework for 12 months with the option to extend for 3 further periods of 12 months. Quantity will be dependent on the needs and requirements of the workforce.
