Tender description
The Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 requires local authorities to provide temporary accommodation to all homeless applicants whilst their applications are being assessed. Aberdeen City Council is therefore proposing to create a framework of multiple accommodation providers to ensure that this requirement is met. The Authority requires Contractors appointed to this Framework Agreement to provide temporary accommodation for individuals or households who are homeless.
