Tender description

Provision of supported living in the County of Ceredigion, for categories of learning disability, mental health and autistic spectrum. Full details will be provided in the tender documentation. Interested providers are invited to complete a Qualification Questionnaire to ascertain their eligibility to provide Supported Living within the County of Ceredigion. All qualifying providers will be added to a Dynamic Purchasing System. All appropriate providers dependant upon client needs will then be invited to quote for opportunities. Further details including the Qualification Questionnaire will be provided within the attachments area of the e-Tender when live. Provision of bespoke services in the County of Ceredigion, for any category of client requiring outreach support. Full details will be provided in the tender documentation. Contracts for this work will be delivered by means of an Innovation Partnership. The Council anticipates working with up to 6 partners to develop innovative solutions to outreach support delivery. Interested providers are invited to complete a Qualification Questionnaire to ascertain their eligibility to provide bespoke packages of outreach support within the County of Ceredigion.
