Tender description

This contract is for the Hire of Site Accommodation and Skips across County Durham. This Contract is with multiple (Environment Agency registered if applicable) fully licenced Providers to provide (on a non-exclusive basis) hired site accommodation, a re-location of bidder’s own Site Accommodation and a maintenance service for site accommodation for the Council. The Council requires the hire and collection of various skip sizes including waste disposal. Please note where waste disposal services are required, the Provider must apply the Waste Hierarchy when handling waste, in relation to preparing waste for re-use, recycling, recovery and lastly disposal (ie landfill) as set out in Appendix 2 – Guidance on applying the Waste Hierarchy.
