Provide a licence renewal for the already purchased Sophos UTM SG 650 Full Guard appliance UK SBS ISS require: • Licence renewal for Sophos UTM SG 650 Full Guard Licence subscription X 2 (Active/Active), Network, Web, Email, Wireless Protection, Web Application Server Protection • Technical support for the SOPHOS UTM appliance - Including unlimited support calls and on-site support at no additional cost if required • Upgrades/patches undertaken where necessary • Proactive monitoring and system alerts • Recommendations around policy best practice and system health checks • Backup/recovery in the event of failure • Monthly MI - including alerts, recommendations, availability, confirmation of activities carried out • Dedicated account manager • Quarterly service review meetings - managed and initiated by the supplier.
