Brief Description of Requirement The National Oceanography Centre - Southampton are attempting to procure the services of a competent and knowledgeable supplier to attend the site and perform the replacement of 3no LEV fume extract systems including; - - Removal of existing systems in their entirety - Installation of 2no LEV fume systems to workshops to serve welding procedure each consisting of; extensions arms, new ductwork, termination duct 3,000 above roof, etc - Installation of 1no LEV fume system to workshop to serve welding and grinding process consisting of; extension arm and filter/fan unit served by compressed air system - Testing and commissioning of systems - Testing of retained electrical supplies - Provision of new electrical arrangement - Provision of Automatic controls installation - Operating and Maintenance Manual - Building work in connection with the installation Please see the ITQ and Appendix B attached for further information. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
