The provision of a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme which includes the following core services: - Counselling for all employees on a confidential one to one, and if appropriate, group basis where a need arises. - A 24 hour telephone counselling service and advice & information service - Crisis Response support in relation to both face to face counselling and a telephone helpline - On-line facilities to support employees and promote health and wellbeing - A promotional campaign throughout the duration of the contract to ensure awareness of the service
