Tender description

This is a Summer works project entailing rewiring of the entire school, replacement lighting, general services, IT installation, fire alarm, emergency lighting, main distribution board, sub-distribution boards, sub-distribution boards for later use for additional classrooms, boilerhouse wiring back to existing control panel, external lighting, internal reconnection of a number of floodlights on site, perimeter lighting on school, site lighting at school front boundary, new access systems at external doors, The builder's works required to do the work shall also be carried out, and the areas of the school affected by the installation and particularly by the removal of existing services will have to be painted before handover back to the client. The works all have to be commenced in early July and be finished by 26th August. This is a very short window to do the works.
