Resource support for Warrington Borough Council's transformation programme. Warrington Borough Council has recently mobilised a significant transformation programme that will deliver changes to the way that services operate, supported by new, streamlined, digital solutions. The programme covers the whole council, with a delivery timeline over a 4 year period. In addition to the programme, we are also making changes to modernise our ICT service. We know that there will be a number of specialist posts throughout the duration of the programme to support both programme and BAU ICT capabilities and we are looking for suppliers who are able to help us to plug these gaps as and when the requirement to fill 1 of these roles emerges. This agreement will run for 3 years, to the end of April 2021 to cover our resourcing requirements. We will be using a hybrid Waterfall and Agile approach to deliver the programme and ICT services and experience of both methodologies will be a key requirement for all roles.
