Water industry operating framework (WIOF) programme is formed to build on experience, to harness our collective know-how to create a water services model that will operate efficiently, responsively and cohesively to meet customer expectations. The WIOF programme has designed new business processes referenced to best practice, with a view to standardising ways of working for key activities in the water services industry in conjunction with the business. The objective of the WIOF IT programme is to drive the systems design and delivery related activities in order to define and meet the technology related needs of the Single public utility. Irish Water IT Organisation has a requirement for a single IT Solution delivery technical programme partner to design, govern and deliver work packages that will form the systems capability for the WIOF programme.
