Tender description
The AC Maintenance Contract includes the following Works: — routine Inspection and Maintenance of all Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems and Units, including split / reserve cycle systems, chilled water distribution pipe work, all other related pipe work, ducting for air handling and ventilation, and any other related systems to AC, — reactive Maintenance, such as attending to breakdowns, faults and emergencies including the provision of consumables but excluding materials e.g. pumps, compressors.
