Tender description
A new scheme is required to provide human resources support for MPs’ and Peers’ staff. The following is a list of issues (albeit non exhaustive) to be covered by the service: Probation issues Grievance discipline conduct performance/capability absence and attendance Whistleblowing annual leave and time off redundancy.
