Tender description

The purpose of this PIN is a call for expressions of interest in attending an Industry day for the PAS Refurbishment at RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk. The PIN invites interested parties to attend an Industry Day (venue and date to be confirmed) when the Project will be fully outlined and an opportunity given to explore a viable procurement route that supports a rolling 5-7-year programme of works for the refurbishment of 58 PAS provisionally split into multiple phases. This Project could be an ideal opportunity for SME's or regional sized contractors due to the phased approach of works, where it is likely a maximum of 4-10 PAS will be released for refurbishment at a time, which will help alleviate supplier financial exposure.
