Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust (LCFT) has an ongoing, daily requirement for the provision of a dedicated mental health secure patient transport service for service users who have been clinically triaged by a health and social care professional, and assessed as appropriate for transfer within the scope of practice, and service, outlined in the National Specification for Urgent Health and Social Care Transport.
