NHS National Services Scotland wishes to procure a Patient/Carer Online Feedback Service under a single supplier Contract on behalf of all NHS Boards in Scotland. This Contract can be used by any Board at that Board’s choice. We are looking for an off the shelf solution that will require a minimum of development from a company which has experience in deploying, interfacing and maintaining such systems. We are looking for an off the shelf solution that will require a minimum of development from a company which has experience in deploying, interfacing and maintaining such systems. The service provider should also be able to provide an effective moderation service, training and support for staff to implement the system across NHS Scotland, and regular reporting to NHS Boards and the Scottish Government.
