Tender description

The Council’s in-house repairs and maintenance team require support from an external contractor with skilled door entry and access control tradespeople in delivering a first-class door entry and access control system repairs service to its residents. Repairs will be carried out inside both tenanted and leasehold properties, to communal areas, and to communal services and facilities. Examples of work which may be carried out under the contract include but are not limited to: — Communal door entry repairs, — Internal door entry repairs to residents’ properties including handsets, — Repairs to powered gates, — Servicing of powered gates, — Repairs to adapted door entry systems, — Repairs to electric door openers, — Repairs to powered shutters, — Other door entry repairs.
