County Durham Housing Group holds responsibility for a number of properties in relation to the provision of a repairs and maintenance service. The service is to include all residential and garage properties for a wide range of reactive repairs and maintenance in addition to planned elements such as gas servicing. County Durham Housing Group have arranged a Supplier Early Engagement Event on Wednesday 18.4.2018 from 13:00 at Shotton Hall Banqueting Suite, Peterlee, SR8 2PH. If you would like to attend this event please confirm by 11.4.2018 via email to procurement@cdhg.co.uk along with the names and position of who will be attending — Please note there is a limit of two attendees per organisation. Please note this date replaces the event originally arranged for 1.3.2018 which was cancelled due to inclement weather.
