Tender description

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) is the regional strategic social housing authority for Northern Ireland seeks to procure individual portable sanitation units (such as portable chemical toilets) to provide a means of sanitation for members of the Irish Traveller population on designated Traveller Sites, where necessary, and in instances of unauthorised encampments throughout Northern Ireland. Throughout the contract, the Housing Executive will monitor and review the Contractor’s performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Poor performance will be managed in accordance with Procurement Guidance Note 01/12, including any amendments and updates issued by the Central Procurement Directorate of Northern Ireland. The contractor at all times is responsible for the cost of replacement and repair of all defects an damage as per this contract.
