Tender description
We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to submit a quotation for the above software. In order to ensure sufficient competition, this will be conducted on a further competition basis, inviting capable suppliers from the SUPC's SLRA framework agreement. Please find attached a specification document which should give you sufficient information. Your return should be submitted via In-Tend. Please note that the system operates on a sealed bid basis and responses cannot be opened and evaluated until the deadline has passed.
