Building Services Framework

Tender description

Sunderland City Council is seeking expressions of interest from contractors wishing to be considered for a Building Services Framework. The Framework will cover a range of building service works spread over 40 lots and will replace and supplement an existing framework which is due to expire shortly. This is an electronic tender via the Council's ProContract eTender system. All organisations interested in this tender should register an expression of interest against this contract online at 'www.nepoportal.org', Tender Reference DN290910. The Council will be using the OJEU Open Procurement Procedure and submissions must be returned by 12 noon on 29th September 2017, in accordance with the instructions in the documents. All tender documents are available via the portal. As part of the tender process Sunderland City Council intend to hold tender clarification briefings on 5th September 2017 at Sunderland Civic Centre, full details including how to register are contained in the tender pack. The aim of the briefing is to provide advice on submitting a compliant tender. Attendance at this briefing is not a mandatory part of the tender process but is recommended.
