Tender description

The Council is seeking to appoint a partner to form a long term (up to 15 years) corporate joint venture property vehicle (on a 50:50 ownership basis) to secure investment and expertise to deliver Wirral's property regeneration and asset transformation strategy. This is a major regeneration and mixed-use development project to deliver new office, business, retail and leisure developments; industrial and commercial developments; infrastructure; housing and residential accommodation; extra care housing; public realm; community facilities, extra care schemes and hotels and to develop the area to encourage businesses to invest in Wirral. It may also involve maintaining developed assets and managing assets for the Council or in partnership with the Council for a long-term revenue stream
