Southsea Car Boot Sales Catering Concession 2018 - AWARD

Tender description

The car boot sales run on Sunday mornings from 7am-1pm and have a capacity for approximately 100 cars or vans to trade each week. The car boot sales will run from Sunday 1st April 2018 - Sunday 30th September 2018, except if the weather is inclement or there are other large events on the seafront. The Council are seeking to award three concession contracts; - 1 x hot food catering unit - 1 x hot and cold drinks unit - 1x ice cream provider The concession provider will be expected to cover all costs associated with the running of the catering unit. The concession provider will be expected to provide their own power to run the unit. The concession provider will be expected to remove any waste generated as a result of the catering unit from the site at the end of each week. Please note: The Council are unable to accept stalls that sell alcohol and cannot provide furniture. The contract will take the form of service concession which will require payment to the Authority from the successful operators.
