Tender description

Supply of an Integration Broker technology and provision of associated Systems Integration services. The growth in passenger volumes across all MAG airports has placed increasing demands on the existing airport operating suite of systems (AOS). MAG’s AOS suite of systems are tightly coupled with point to point integration. There is a need to significantly increase MAG’s agility to develop and integrate new applications and solutions. Achieving this objective will enable the swift delivery of projects within MAG’s AOS Transformation Programme. MAG is therefore seeking to transform the core AOS systems to a loosely coupled, modular, best-of-breed component architecture aligned with MAG’s strategic aims and growth plans. The foundation of this transformation includes the implementation of an Integration Backbone, enabling an API-first approach for integration & development to allow operational data to be extracted from the Airport Operating Data Base (AODB), also reducing the pressure placed on it. It is intended that this integration backbone is enterprise wide with capability of supporting a hybrid-cloud deployment model, catering for the integration requirements of MAG’s on-premises and cloud suite of systems. MAG is therefore seeking to appoint a suitably capable and experienced Systems Integrator (SI) to support in delivering this outcome.
