Tender description

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner Staffordshire wishes to commission a suitably qualified provider to complete a piece of work to: a) understand the scope and scale of continuing criminality in the prison estate across the four Police and Crime Commissioner areas in the West Midlands region (Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Mercia and West Midlands); b) understand the current threat from criminality in prisons, and; c) understand the harm caused by those in prison to our local communities. The research project should provide the evidence and support solutions to countering organised crime in prisons and make recommendations on what stakeholders and Government could do to prevent criminality in prisons.
