Tender description
The Process & Product development laboratories at Tyndall National Institute, University College Cork (Tyndall) operate three fabrication lines – CMOS, MEMS and Compound Semiconductor, processing wafers from 2” up to 8” in diameter. Automated linewidth measurements on patterns on these wafers is of paramount importance. To support that work, Tyndall has a need for a stand-alone, manual load automated linewidth measurement system, and also, where possible additional linewidth capabilities to be added to existing microscopes. The equipment is required to be supplied, delivered (Incoterms DDP), installed and commissioned to Tyndall National Institute, University College Cork.
