Tender description
The London Borough of Ealing (LBE) is seeking to appoint suppliers (s) for a range of parking related services including Civil Enforcement, I.T., Cashless Parking, Enforcement Agents and Print & Post services. LBE is using a multi LOT approach with bidders free to apply for single or multiple LOTs. LBE intends to use the competitive procedure with negotiation process. The award criteria is based on a 50:50 Price / Quality split. Contract award is anticipated at November 2018, with services to commence 1st April 2019. The initial contract period is for 5 years with additional extension options of up to a further 5 years. Keywords: Parking
